1. Do I need to attend live?

This program only has one live session, with the date TBD. Attendance is ideal but not required. The session will be recorded. You’ll receive the replay to watch anytime.

2. What if I’m not sure I’m in perimenopause?

This workshop is for women who are in, approaching, or curious about perimenopause. If you’re unsure, you’ll still gain practical insights that help you understand your body and prepare for changes. You will eventually be in Perimenopause.

3. Is this a therapy program?

No. This is an educational and supportive workshop series. While psychoeducational tools may be used, this is not a substitute for individual therapy or medical care.

4. Do I need to buy the book?

Yes, the book link will be released after purchase.
