Healing is possible when we address the root cause. Dr. Tiffany Brown-Bush is a Neuro-Psychotherapist and Traditional Naturopath who specializes in anxiety, nervous system dysregulation, chronic health stress, ADHD symptoms, and trauma recovery. Her work integrates brain science, nervous system regulation, and holistic care to support lasting transformation.
She works with individuals experiencing agoraphobia, PTSD, OCD, and trauma. Her approach often utilizes Internal Family Systems and Brainspotting to help alleviate symptoms and restore nervous system balance. When the nervous system is highly dysregulated, she may also incorporate Dr. Stephen Porges’ Safe and Sound Protocol to help stabilize and regulate.

Types of Psychotherapy Offerings
Dr. Tiffany integrates evidence-based and neuroscience-informed approaches tailored to each individual.
1. Internal Family Systems Therapy
IFS helps individuals understand and heal wounded parts of themselves. By working compassionately with internal protective and vulnerable parts, clients can reduce anxiety, trauma responses, and emotional reactivity.
Particularly supportive for PTSD, OCD patterns, and trauma-related distress.
2. Brainspotting
Brainspotting works with eye position and focused awareness to access and process trauma stored in the brain and body. It supports deep emotional release and nervous system recalibration.
Often used for trauma, performance blocks, concussion recovery, and chronic stress.
3. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
EFT combines cognitive reframing with acupressure tapping to reduce anxiety, stress, and trauma responses. It helps regulate the nervous system and shift limiting emotional patterns.
4. Somatic Therapy
Somatic approaches focus on how trauma and stress are stored in the body. Through guided awareness, breathwork, and regulation techniques, clients learn to safely process and release stored tension.
5. Developmental Trauma & Relational Trauma Work
This work addresses early attachment wounds, chronic relational stress, and long-standing patterns that impact adult relationships, self-worth, and emotional regulation.
6. Polyvagal-Informed Therapy
Using principles from Polyvagal Theory, therapy focuses on restoring safety and flexibility to the nervous system. When appropriate, Dr. Tiffany may incorporate the Safe and Sound Protocol to help stabilize individuals experiencing high levels of dysregulation.
